Hands-on experience

In the second semester, you’ll solve a real industry problem, and have the responsibility to diagnose the problem, gather information, analyze it and recommend solutions to the managers and personnel of the organization. You’ll also have the chance to apply for a four-month co-op work term at the end of your academic work (see Co-op Option for details). The combination of classroom work and on-the-job training will allow you to explore different careers, gain work experience and apply classroom learning to real industry situations.

State-of-the-art education

You’ll make use of facilities in the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Design Technologies (CAMDT), one of the most sophisticated manufacturing management college facilities in North America. Fully equipped, CAMDT features a suite of laboratories in which Sheridan instructors create realistic simulations that reflect actual shop-floor conditions and manufacturing management situations.
