The program covers diverse topics to be a successful IT project manager, including the theories, practices, methodologies, and industry best practices used to initiate, execute, and complete IT projects.
The curriculum is closely matched with, but not affiliated with, the Scrum Alliance ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification. The Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is an integral part of the program curriculum.
