This three-year Bachelor’s degree program will provide you with the comprehensive skills and knowledge required to achieve success in a range of careers in hospitality, leisure, tourism, events and related fields. Building upon the recognized theoretical foundations of hospitality, you will complement your learning through case studies, laboratory activities, simulation exercises, and a four-month paid co-op work term. You will learn in Conestoga’s Centre for Culinary and Hospitality Innovation at the John W. Tibbits (Waterloo) Campus, featuring a state-of-the-art culinary kitchen equipped with commercial-grade appliances and student restaurant, Bloom.
