Note 1: Applicants who have a two-year college diploma or partial (minimum 75%) university degree completion and who have a minimum of two years of work experience relevant to the program will be considered (transcript and resume review required).
Note 2: This program is not open to graduates of a three-year Business Administration – Human Resources, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, program.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.
If you did not complete two or more consecutive full years at a recognized post-secondary education institution in a school where English is the primary language of instruction and communication, you must provide one of the English language proficiency tests below:

This one-year Human Resources Graduate Certificate program will provide you with the core HR concepts and solutions which can be transferred across industries and organizations.
With courses accredited by the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA), you will be prepared with the skills for career success.
The co-op option in this program will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while you complete one work term as an employee in the field. This experience not only allows you to put classroom learning into practice, but will also provide valuable contacts for your future career.
To participate in this co-op option, you will need to complete an application process in the first semester. If academically qualified, you may be admitted to the co-op program. When you graduate, your diploma will highlight the co-op credential.
