Human Resources Management (Optional Co-op)

Tuition fee CA$17,351 per year

The fee is for the 2022–2023 academic year and includes tuition (CA$15,693), health insurance and ancillary charges.

Registration fee CA$400 one-time

The registration fee includes the non-refundable application fee (CA$100) and the refundable deposit fee (CA$300).

Accommodation fee CA$1,800 per month

The above fee is an estimated amount for living expenses for one month.

Overview

Gain the knowledge base to confidently handle an array of human resources issues and functions including: HR planning, staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizations, development, training, safety and wellness, employee motivation, industrial relations, and Human Resources Information Systems.

This one-year Human Resources Graduate Certificate program will provide you with the core HR concepts and solutions which can be transferred across industries and organizations.

With courses accredited by the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA), you will be prepared with the skills for career success.

Co-op Option

The co-op option in this program will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while you complete one work term as an employee in the field. This experience not only allows you to put classroom learning into practice, but will also provide valuable contacts for your future career.

To participate in this co-op option, you will need to complete an application process in the first semester. If academically qualified, you may be admitted to the co-op program. When you graduate, your diploma will highlight the co-op credential.
